Mushaal Hussein Mullick

Mushaal Hussein Mullick is a peace activist, philanthropist, painter, conservationist, advocate of rights of women and children in war/conflict zones. She sells her artwork for charity to aid women development. She is the wife of Mohammad Yasin Malik, the leader and chair of the Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front. As chairperson of an NGO, Peace & Culture Organization, she works for global peace and harmony and campaigns for a peaceful settlement of the Kashmir conflict. Her interest in political economy has led her to promote and conserve Kashmir’s cultural heritage.
